All estimates and quotes provided by BlueRock South Gate Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs, site conditions, or project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

Cancellation Policy
