All estimates and quotes provided by BlueRock South Gate Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs, site conditions, or project scope changes. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon project completion. Warranty Information

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of project preparation.

Limitation of Liability

BlueRock South Gate Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
